Cinda Holt, President and Co-Founder. Ms. Holt is the director of communications for the Montana Arts Council. She was the managing director of the Sundance Film Festival from 1985-1991 and administrative director of the Sundance Institute from 1983-1991. She has served on both Media Panels and Dance Panels for the National Endowment for the Arts and is a site reviewer for the endowment. Her past professional experiences include serving as the managing director of The Night Kitchen (NYC), a national children's theatre directed by Maurice Sendak and as the development director for the Missoula Children's Theatre (Missoula, MT), where she directed a multi-million dollar fund raising effort that produced a state-of-the-art theatre for the company. At the present time, Ms. Holt also independently consults in all aspects of non-profit corporate development for clients across the country.

Chris Cronyn, Board Member. Mr. Cronyn began his career as a production assistant and location scout in New York City on films such as THE FRONT, ANNIE HALL, SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER, HAIR and STARTING OVER. Mr. Cronyn worked as a location manager or assistant production manager for directors Martin Scorsese, John Schlesinger, Robert Benton, Milos Forman, Alan J. Pakula and John Landis on films that included RAGING BULL, RAGTIME, SOPHIE'S CHOICE and TRADING PLACES. Mr. Cronyn first became a production manager on COTTON CLUB and has continued to work in that capacity with credits such as FATAL ATTRACTION, MERMAIDS, THUNDERHEART, BAD BOYS, HEAT and soon to be released LOST SOULS.

John Keegan, Board Member. Mr. Keegan was born and raised in the Wine Country of California. During his undergraduate work at The University of Montana, he made three feature-length silent films and acted for the Montana Repertory Theatre. After leaving Montana, Mr. Keegan participated as an actor, playwright and producer for many theatre companies in California, Florida and New York City. He came back to Montana in 1991 where, with his partner Tony Cesare, he established a Bed & Breakfast called Foxglove Cottage. Mr. Keegan is the editor of Montana's Cultural Treasures and is an active supporter and fund raiser for local arts and community groups

Pamela Roberts, Board Member. Ms. Roberts co-founded Rattlesnake Productions to produce educational material in an effort to preserve ethnic and cultural diversity, with a special emphasis on Montana history. She is currently developing a number of projects including an ethnographic film in association with "The New Land Bridge Group" which examines the parallels between the horse cultures of western Mongolia and the Canadian Blackfoot. Over the past 16 years Pam has produced and directed a number of award-winning documentary films and videos for both national and international distribution. She recently produced BACKBONE OF THE WORLD: THE BLACKFEET for public television, which will broadcast the work on PBS in November. Pam co-produced and co-directed ISHI, THE LAST YAHI which was nominated for an Emmy in 1994 by the National Academy of Arts and Sciences in New York. Prior to ISHI, THE LAST YAHI, Pam co-produced and co-directed CONTRARY WARRIORS: A STORY OF THE CROW TRIBE, nationally broadcast on A&E and PBS.
